What is WRONG with these people?

UGH. Now he's using NASA to ""reach out" to Muslim countries. How does this make sense? Does he not realize he is a laughingstock in these countries? We are using the CIA to investigate global warming, WIDELY DISCREDITED, and now NASA, whose mission has been cut to nothing? RIDICULOUS!
