TPS details levy request, cuts

An article in The Blade today details the reasons Toledo Public Schools have for asking to pass a levy in May. With a graduation rate of 86% and plagued by recent scandals, TPS is not one of the best paying urban school districts in the state of Ohio. Now they are warning of an "ugly outcome" if this levy does not pass. In the past, TPS have been known for being administrator heavy.
