More unfunded mandates for schools

Perrysburg Schools has a 3 million dollar deficit; unfunded mandates such as all day kindergarten and lower student/teacher ratios are going to bankrupt the school system. Now the feds want to require a restructuring of meals served. Of course, free lunches have increased tremendously in this recession. In some school systems, free breakfasts are FORCED on the students and even served to the students at their desks to make sure they don't miss breakfast. Where will this stop?
