Karl Rove on cap and trade

So what's going to happen? If Congress doesn't pass this monster of cap and trade, then the EPA, which has the support of the Supreme Court which ruled (through junk science) that carbon dioxide is a pollutant, will pass some other monstrosity. LINK ONLY
