For the economy it's good news, but the government's miscalculation has some a little nervous.
"These are just the deals we have to submit tonight," Crestmont president Bill Strauss said while holding a stack of papers. He said the dealership has over $100,000 on the table.
"If they can't administer a program like this, I'd be a little concerned about my health insurance," car salesman Rob Bojaryn said.

Car dealers complain about govt administration
The "cash for clunkers" program has hit a few snags. One dealer mentioned this morning on WJR a significant problem is that the government requires that the clunker car be destroyed before the deal is finalized, but no deals have actually been finalized yet because the government is "overwhelmed" by the system they created, which puts the dealers at considerable risk. What if the government rejects a deal based on one of the numerous regulations that need to be followed and the buyer's old vehicle has already been destroyed? What happens then?
