Obama FULLY SUPPORTS endangering American lives

We have noted repeatedly that the Obama administration seems intent on ramping up a race war, increasing divisions between the races and discrediting the United States in general.
It is with a heavy heart that I read the news today.
It's one thing to parade around the world, discounting the tremendous contributions of Americans to world peace and order.
To represent this magnificent country by bowing and scraping to heavy fisted leaders of countries who make no pretense of fair treatment of its citizens.
Our allies--who will now undoubtedly be former allies--have begged Obama and the Democrats not to release the Senate interrogation report which will inflame the monsters who are beheading Christian children, murdering every American they can get their hands on and attempting to blow up American cities.
Yet Dianne Feinstein and Barack Obama--for no apparent reason other than political spitefulness--released this information.
Democrats excoriate--without consulting--the American intelligence agents who water boarded a couple murderers to get information that saved lives.
  Yet what does Obama do?
Rather than capturing them to get information, Obama sends drones to kill al Qaeda along with anyone in the area of the strike.
Any murderers captured under the Bush administration are being systematically released back into the battlefield, just as Obama released 5 terrorist generals back into the field in trade for an American deserter, a man undoubtedly after Obama's own heart.
Regardless what this does to America's image to our allies, as Krauthammer says, we undoubtedly won't have any allies left anyway. Who would want to work with the Obama administration after this?
We read report after report of our military being disheartened with a low morale, just as we read of low morale among law enforcement personnel.
Who would want to be a policeman after what the Holder DOJ has been doing? Seriously? Bringing in government grievance mongers to discuss white privilege after the Ferguson riots?
Now the CIA--asked to do a job approved by Congress including Feinstein--says no one on the committee who wrote this report even interviewed them.
In fact, no Republicans were ever consulted.
From the CIA website rebuttal, we are reminded of this:

We might recall that the death of Osama bin Laden (information which was obtained through enhanced interrogation) was highly touted as the theme of the Democrat convention.
Now Americans around the world must brace for the assault, as if we haven't been targeted enough.
This despicable act by Feinstein is fully supported by Obama, who could stop it if he wished.
  From Townhall:
Yesterday White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said the administration has been planning for the release of this report for months and understands that although the release of the report could endanger American lives overseas, President Obama fully supports its release. Secretary of State John Kerry made a phone call to Feinstein late last week asking her to seriously consider the timing of the release, especially with the current level of instability in the Middle East.
Note that: they've been planning on this for months, and "although the release of the report could endanger American lives overseas, President Obama fully supports its release."
An act of our government could and most probably will endanger American lives and yet OUR president supports it.
  This is despicable. Despicable. Despicable.

SNL jabs intellectual giant Sharpton

I wish I could say good riddance along with this, but as a "respected" presidential advisor, tax cheat and race baiter seems to have lodged himself firmly in the White House for the next couple years, I guess that would be premature.
This isn't the first time they've taken a stab at Sharpton, but he should be a regular subject of ridicule, considering what a nasty and ignorant individual he is.
There's nobody who deserves it more than this dangerous "resist we much" buffoon.

Watch this and tell me which one is the parody and which one is, um, a sad reality.

Remember. This is a presidential advisor.

No, I'm not bowing for the Duke and Duchess

Admittedly as a Heartland resident, it's quite doubtful I will ever be in the vicinity of the glamorous royalty visiting the US and charging thousands of dollars to attend a dinner for their charity.
I just want to be clear though.
If I should ever run into this thoroughly delightful couple, I won't be curtsying or bowing, regardless the New York Daily News slobbering recommendation, who ask, "Would it kill ya?"
Um, yes. I think it probably would.
Someone else we all know might be tempted to curtsy though.

Will McSally pull out a win in Arizona?

It depends on who's doing the counting, or rather, recounting.
She was ahead at the top but, as we learned from the Al Franken nightmare, anything can and will happen.
  Powerline:
The Barber-McSally race is the only one outstanding in the country. With all the other results final but that one, Republicans hold a 246-188 majority in the House. At this point, Republicans hold their largest majority in the House since 1948. The AP reports: “If McSally wins, Republicans would have 247 seats, the largest majority since 1929-31 when the GOP controlled 270 seats in President Herbert Hoover’s administration.”
As usual, the press has been out doing its job trying to drum up victory for Democrats.
  We'll know by the 16th.
If Colonel McSally wins, I'm sure the so-called MSM will ignore it.
If her grizzled opponent wins, I'm sure it will be heralded as either a beam of light in a "somewhat" dark election OR a harbinger of good things to come for Democrats.
Regardless the Soros project to put as many Secretaries of State in place, Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett is a Republican.

Leftists lose focus, expose the truth about their "vision"

This week in politics--and culture--has been a testy one.
Americans have broken laws with virtual impunity, their behavior justified across social and corporate media, not to mention supported by the administration.
Persons of many races have had their businesses destroyed, while the actions of the criminals have been applauded by even average citizens, by virtue of the specious meme "black lives matter."
An organization that performs numerous abortions on black babies ludicrously echoed the meme that "black lives matter," an act that prompted conservative media outrage.
  From BlackGenocide.org:
It has been estimated that since 1973 Black women have had about 16 million abortions. Michael Novak had calculated "Since the number of current living Blacks (in the U.S.) is 36 million, the missing 16 million represents an enormous loss, for without abortion, America's Black community would now number 52 million persons. It would be 36 percent larger than it is. Abortion has swept through the Black community like a scythe, cutting down every fourth member."
Though other Americans have repeatedly denounced the actions of the lawless Obama administration, Leftists have doubled down, with the DNC chairwoman claiming that voters agree with Democrats.
Meanwhile in a shameful display in Louisiana, Mary Landrieu, who won her seat years ago under dubious circumstances, tried her hardest to defeat an opponent by lying about her politics, by laughably claiming she was pro-life, by claiming her opponent was pro-slavery and generally lying about everything she could think of to get black voters out to vote for her. (Those links are quite interesting, btw.)
These scurrilous attacks were supported by a black Democrat Louisianan mayor who openly encouraged voter fraud with the promise that it would not be prosecuted because a Democrat district attorney (do we see a pattern here?) had been re-elected and would not bring charges against voter fraud perpetrators.
We also saw the black elite who rule our country encourage social dissent and police animosity, instead of encouraging unity, prosperity and comity, thus advancing the destruction of the social contract.
Let's not even mention that charlatan racemongers like Al Sharpton have taken their places as actual presidential advisors and national role models.
And the new fear is rampant racism without racists.
  What? WHAT?
  This was a disgusting week.
I myself feel soiled from having even watched small portions of the news this week.
However, we continue to hope for change, remembering that ugly political acts have been part of every country's landscape since the beginning of time and that sometimes we grow from them, eventually rejecting the behavior that corrupts our culture.
For one, Landrieu lost resoundingly, even with the voter fraud edge which had aided her in the past.
Some in the Democrat party are increasingly voicing dismay at the destruction of its party on a national level, with even hard core Democrats realizing their miserable vote on the miserable Obamacare was costing them and will continue to cost them.
(My pointing out the corruption in the Democrat party is not to diminish the lack of leadership and principles in the Republican party.)
The somewhat truthful admissions by Democrats are only offered, it is surmised, not to change their ways but to as a political expediency to woo back--ie, fool--voters into thinking corrupt politicians were changing their ways.
And the whole rave about "rape culture" has fallen apart as the Rolling Stone admits an inflammatory story it published was a lie, indeed an extraordinary attempt to convict white fraternity men at the University of Virginia, not unlike the Lena Dunham accusation of rape by a college Republican.
But men are beginning to fight back legally, both in the UV case and the Dunham case.
The fight against government controlled health care--which includes unelected death panels--continues.
Some are admitting that Obama's policies are systematically destroying his own party, not to mention the country's economic, social and spiritual health.
While some Democrats are attempting minimal truthfulness to mitigate the disastrous elections, others are retreating into their fantasy worlds, the Utopia Leftists create in their fantasies--one with themselves acting as God like figures and blue birds are perched on every Democrat shoulder as they get to decide what everyone eats, drinks and does.
Exposure of these fantasies is not a bad thing, as it will continue to reveal Leftist delusions about life in America.
What this week's dismal behavior represents to me personally is that, just as Leftists reject the God who is there, they attempt to re-create that God within themselves and their influence on the lives of others.
They violently seek "justice" in the streets by looting, maiming and killing. How this will lead to their desired Utopia is inexplicable: only that the emptiness of their core, their hearts and their souls.
They fill their minds and hearts with themselves...repeated selfies which have promoted plastic surgery.
Their primary intellectual efforts are attempting to prove that there is no absolute truth, no fact that cannot be manipulated, no Spirit that exists beyond human limitations.
There is no God, except the self.
In short, as I have written before, I believe the fools are being winnowed just as wheat is winnowed from the chaff in a field of harvest.
This is not to say the "wheat" is good, pure or even meets any standard by which God--the winnower--judges humans.
What it means is that this is a natural eschatological occurrence, a natural consequence of depraved behavior. (Again, I am not writing suggesting that Democrats make up the lost in this country. That would be foolhardy and partisan. Just that the state of affairs in our country is a result of a turning away from morality, an`d ultimately God Himself.)
These things must happen, because we are all given choices and God is a God who extends forgiveness many times to all who are willing to accept it. Thus the equation must change repeatedly, just as our depravity devolves over time.
The question we must ask ourselves is this: Is God Himself moving in a way He has not moved in our lifetimes?
Fear and anxiety have increased during these perilous times.
I dare say that's part of the plan

Ohio gas production increased 49% over second quarter

In spite of the looming threat from lower world wide oil prices the Ohio Department of Natural Resources issued a very positive third quarter production report. During the third quarter Utica Shale wells produced 3,013,667 barrels of oil and 132,017,386 Mcf (132 billion cubic feet) of natural gas. Oil increased by more than 546,000 barrels and gas by more than 43 billion cubic feet compared to the second quarter of 2014. In 2013 248 wells produced 1,335,326 barrels of oil and 33,632,889 Mcf (33 billion cubic feet) of natural gas.
The reported noted that 647 well reported production, 717 wells have been drilled and 43 wells are awaiting pipeline. Here are the highlights:
  • The average amount of oil produced was 4,471 barrels.
  • The average amount of gas produced was 195,871 Mcf.
  • The highest producing oil well was the CNX Gas Company’s “Reserve Coal Properties Co., NBL19CHSU” well in Noble County at 50,159 barrels of oil in 86 days of production. The highest producing natural gas well was the Antero Resources “Gary Unit, 3H” well in Monroe County at 1.7 billion cubic feet during 90 days of production.
More importantly the number of permits issued did not decline. Through November 627 well had been permitted and the ODNR has predicted 700 for the year.
On the national level the US Energy Information Agency produced more bullish news. Proved reserves surpassed 36 billion barrels for the first time since 1975. So much for the "peak oil" theory, that all the accessible oil had been discovered, which gained a considerable flock of zealous devotees in the mid 70's.

The biggest winner was North Dakota which gained 1.9 billion barrels. The biggest loser was Alaska where proved reserves decreased by 454 million barrels, due mainly to reduced well performance at large existing oil fields. Ohio added 23 million barrels.
At some point one reasons that US drilling will decline in the face of falling oil prices but at what point? Price is one consideration but cost is another. The shale boom has been financed chiefly with junk bonds in an era of historically low interest. Do drillers continue drilling as long as cheap money is available? Does a company that owns its own rigs allow a lease to expire without drilling when the cost of drilling the well is essentially tubing and labor or does it lay off valuable personnel and await higher prices? The answer varies by company and production costs closely guarded secrets.
Another consideration is refining capacity. If US oil production continues increasing at its present rate at some point it will be producing more oil than it can refine and it is still illegal to export crude. The US price would be below the world price at that point and it would bring about an abrupt halt. In the meantime enjoy the good news and cheap gas.

HHS spent $182,129,786 to house 2400 illegal children for 4 months

If you were put off by the excessive spending by the GSA's Jeff Neely when he burned through a mere $800,000 to lavish taxpayer funded opulence on 300 GSA employees this post may induce heart failure.

For all talk about Obama's love for Muslims it appears he has a really warm place in his heart for the Baptists; at least the Baptists who take care of illegal immigrant children. Judicial Watch reports that Obama's HHS paid  Baptist Children and Family Services (BCFS) $182,129,786 to provide “basic shelter care” to 2,400 “unaccompanied alien children” (UAC) for four months in 2014. God knows what "deluxe shelter care" would run but the per illegal child cost was $86,846.34 for four month at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. On an annual rate that would be $260,539.02 per child. HHS and the Baptists did a little better at Lackland Air Force Base where the per child cost was only a modest $64,928 for four whole months. To think that my sisters used to baby sit for fifty cents per hour!
Perhaps one day Obama will give a shout out to BCFS's Incident Management Team. These dedicated professionals raked in a cool $80,000 for four months work while the average American household makes do on about $47,000 for an entire year.
But it's for the children and all children need tempera paint, paint markers, paint brushes, easel brushes, art paper and especially "multicultural crayons" all for just $180,000. They also need board games, soccer balls, basket balls, jump ropes, bracelet making kits, yarn, puzzles, arts and crafts, decks of cards, and eye-hand coordination game sets. That's another $180,000 and while that may seem extravagant how about the $75 per day paid to a local catering service so each child received 3 meals and 2 snacks and one can bet Michelle Obama did not approve the menu. Toss in $576,000 for phone bills as each child was allowed 2 long distance calls per week, $20,000 for cable TV and another $8,000 for Internet access and one can readily see that Neely would be regarded as some sort of Scrooge character.

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

Evidently. With much ado Obama flew to Las Vegas supposedly to sign the paperwork to illegally make illegals legal. But if he signed an executive order or some legal  memoranda exercising his prosecutorial discretion nothing to that effect has shown up in the Federal Registry. Obama's latest executive order was “Improving the Security of Consumer Financial Transactions,” signed October 17. So who signed what? Apparently Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson has hijacked the government.
According to the White House website, on Nov. 21 Obama signed a presidential proclamation titled “Creating Welcoming Communities Fully Integrating Immigrants and Refugees” and a presidential memorandum titled “Modernizing and Streamlining the U.S. Immigration Visa System for the 21st Century.”
The first of the presidential actions, “Creating Welcoming Communities Fully Integrating Immigrants and Refugees,” filed Nov. 26 in the Federal Register at Vol. 79, No. 228, in the category “Presidential Documents” at page 70769, created a White House Task Force on New Americans to “engage with community, business, and faith leaders, as well as State and local elected officials.” The task force is designed to “help determine additional steps the Federal Government can take to ensure its programs and policies are serving diverse communities that include new Americans.”
The second of the presidential actions, “Modernizing and Streamlining the U.S. Immigration Visa System for the 21st Century,” filed Nov. 26 in the Federal Register at Vol. 79, No. 228, in the category “Presidential Documents” at page 70765, empowered the secretaries of State and Homeland Security, in consultation with the director of the Office of Management and Budget, the director of the National Economic Council, the assistant to the president for homeland security and counterterrorism, the director of the Domestic Policy Council, the director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, the attorney general, and the secretaries of Agriculture, Commerce, Labor and Education, to make a series of recommendations “to reduce government costs, improve services for applicants, reduce burdens on employers, and combat waste, fraud, and abuse in the system” of issuing immigrant and non-immigrant visas.
The only Obama administration document relevant to altering DACA to accommodate the legislative changes announced in Obama’s address to the nation Nov. 21 is a DHS memorandum signed by DHS Secretary Johnson titled “Exercising Prosecutorial Discretion with Respect to Individuals Who Came to the United States as Children with Respect to Certain Individuals Who Are the Parents of U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.”
Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch calls this a serious violation of the constitution;
“The entire implementing authority involves a memorandum published by DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson that changes the immigration law, directing federal money to be spent that has not been appropriated by Congress,” he said.
“In my view, there is a serious question whether Jeh Johnson should be impeached for taking this action, and a criminal investigation should be initiated to determine how and why federal funds are being misappropriated,” he declared.
Fitton said DHS “is being hijacked to implement actions Congress has neither authorized nor appropriated funds to accomplish.”

Republican leadership is on the wrong side of public opinion-Shut it down!

One would hope the latest YouGov poll would persuade speaker Boehner to join House conservatives in their opposition to Obama's amnesty by executive action. Notice that independents oppose the executive order by 19 points. Only Democrats support Obama. The public is to the right of Ted Cruz. It favors increased fines for employers, even criminal penalties, for those employing illegals and would not allow them to attend public schools. Only 47% favor a path to citizenship for illegals already here which is down from 55% in February.

In related news the states of Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Montana, Nebraska, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin — and the governors of Mississippi, Maine, North Carolina and Idaho — have joined the State of Texas as plaintiffs, according to the lawsuit filed in federal court in the Southern District of Texas.

Boy, am I tired of Obama

  We all go through phases.
I just happen to be in one of those phases where I can't stand the sound of Barack Obama's voice.
I can't stand the strutting of the sickly skinny peacock tax cheat Al Sharpton or any of the lavishly dressed foul race hustlers who surround the "President" with lies and extravagant plans to bilk even more money out of the suckers who've paid more in taxes than ever in the history of this country.
I can't bear to hear one more racial epithet, one more vow to burn down people's belongings, one more threat that white people should die, threats that Louis Farrakhan manages to croak out publicly every year or so.
Most of all, I can't tolerate or even pretend to tolerate the Obamabots--of whom I know quite a few--spouting justifications of the murder and mayhem that have been wrought on the town of Ferguson and around the country in the name of Black lives mattering as much as the lives of others.
It's obvious at this point that Barack Obama's modus operandi for his last two years is to foment as much hatred and division between the races and classes as he can muster, Greek columns notwithstanding.
He just makes up crap as he goes, then lies about it, then lies about the lies. Geez. I've seen high school freshmen who lie better than he does.
His constant finger wagging, repetition of the same brilliant phrases "Let me be clear," condescension and occasional lapsing into some sort of slang lingo, his constant need for attention and adoring crowds to slobber over him, his Black supremacy race baiting, his sly digs, his political correctness, his abuse of government agencies to retaliate against his declared "enemies," the fear that if you go to sleep at night, when you wake up some new "initiative" or worse will have taken over DC in the morning that will entail bowing before our betters and working a plow for nothing.
But, most of all, what I'm most tired of is being disappointed that someone with so much apparent potential (no matter how deceitful that illusion was) could fail quite so miserably at leadership, at loving this country and bringing its people together.
One can only imagine what the next 2 years will hold. Our only hope is that Barack Obama is so damned tired of his job that he'll drift off in boredom, playing with his golf clubs or watching reruns of aptly named "Breaking Bad."
I'm not even bothering to link to any of the above sickening reports.
These people are positively revolting. I mean, if you don't get how rank Leftists are by now, you're a lost cause; you're being winnowed out and when the Rapture comes, you're obviously going to be left on the couch, Cheez Whiz around your mouth, surrounded by dirty napkins and empty pizza boxes.
Victor Davis Hanson (who, btw, just lost his beautiful young daughter) ticks off the list of failed Obama programs, offering both a summary and a consequence for each bomb.
The best thing at this point is probably to immerse one's self in Lifetime Christmas movies, just to escape the unrelenting stream of stinking news.
True, your brain will feel squidgy, kind of like your body feels when you've eaten nothing but sugar all day, but it's got to be better than watching one more explosion, one more hateful speech about "equality" for Black people when the ruling elite is primarily Black, one more lecture that "that's just not who we are" or one more admonition that the cops acted stupidly and therefore we must make them go through training to be nice to Black people, even if they're trying to bash your brain in or grab your weapon.
Somehow we survived Carter, only mercifully he only had one shot at ruining the country.
The only consolation is that the buffoons continue to reveal themselves and there's a good chance they're totally screwing themselves for the next election. Every doctor bill aka Obamacare aka deductible that every law abiding citizen in this country (and I do not mean illegal aliens) pays is a reminder that the freeloaders won when we got Obama.
And Old Hillary is looking older, more dusty and decrepit every day.
  Just haul out Hillarycare.
  Yeah, that's the ticket.
Kind of like putting lipstick on a pig, idn't it.

It's time to give Sarah Palin her due

As we approach $2.00 per gallon gasoline, and we will see it, if only briefly, its a good time to reflect on the energy proposals of the 2008 campaign. We had promises of 5 million new green jobs, 1 million electric vehicles by 2015, and 13 new, large-scale high-speed rail corridors across the country.  We also had a promise that if we kept the faith and did what we as a country we do best we would work our way through the energy crisis without the government spending one thin dime. It was embodied in the slogan "Drill, Baby, Drill!
Do any of your friends have a green job? General Motors is projected to produce about 97,000 Chevy Volts by 2015 and in spite of $8 billion in stimulus spending everyone is still waiting to ride a high speed train. Whatever happened to Solyndra? To A123 Systems, To Fisker Automotive? Fail! Fail! Fail! There are more than 40  bankrupt companies that received DOE grants and loans.
Sarah Palin was never an editor of the Harvard Law Review but unlike the president she knows bullshit when she hears it. She doesn't put her faith in lithium ion batteries or solar panels. She believes in the ingenuity of Americans, the ability to find a fix for about any technical problem. Spurred by fracking U.S. oil production has jumped from 5.0 million barrels per day in 2008 to 7.4 million last year and is expected to average 8.5 million this year and 9.3 million next year, according to the EIA, the analytical arm of the Department of Energy. Natural gas production has increased from 57 billion cubic feet per day in 2009 to 70 billion in 2014. The energy sector is the single largest creator of jobs since 2009.
Palin's critics say she offered simple solutions to complex problems. What they ignore is the fact that the less complicated the solution the better.
Witness our Quixotic windmill salesman in chief:

Now, even if we increase domestic oil production, that is not going to be the long-term solution to our energy challenge.  I give out this statistic all the time, and forgive me for repeating it again:  America holds about 2 percent of the world’s proven oil reserves.  What that means is, is that even if we drilled every drop of oil out of every single one of the reserves that we possess -- offshore and onshore -- it still wouldn’t be enough to meet our long-term needs.  We consume about 25 percent of the world’s oil.  We only have 2 percent of the reserves.  Even if we doubled U.S. oil production, we’re still really short.
Perhaps Katie Couric should ask, "And when it comes to establishing your world view, I was curious, what newspapers and magazines do you regularly read.."

Sen. Schumer's retreat

>

The young lady was right on the money when she angrily exclaimed to the late Senator Arlen Specter, "You have awakened a sleeping giant." As of November 4 the giant was still awake and creating mayhem in Democratic precincts. Realizing that the giant is not apt to imbibe Sominex anytime soon Senator Chuck Schumer, in a speech at the National Press Club, questioned the timing, if not the shady methodology and the damage done to the taxpayers by Obamacare.
"After passing the stimulus, Democrats should have continued to propose middle-class-oriented programs and built on the partial success of the stimulus, but unfortunately Democrats blew the opportunity the American people gave them," Schumer said. "We took their mandate and put all of our focus on the wrong problem—health care reform."
Right! They were talking when they should have been listening. Of the 60 senators who voted for Obamacare 28 are gone and Mary Landrieu's impending defeat will make 29. Some have interpreted Schumer's admission to a tactical mishap as an invitation to Hillary to distance herself from Obamacare but it is more than that. It is a plenary dispensation for Senate Democrats to vote to save their political lives when Mitch McConnell brings up the repeal of Obamacare over and over again.
It would one thing if the mea culpa had been issued by a rank and file senatorial half-wit such as Barbara Boxer or Chris Coons but Schumer is second in command of senate Democrats. And he is smart. Damned smart! with a Phi Beta Kappa key and a perfect 1600 SAT score. He reasons that too many Democrats have fallen on their swords for the sake of Obamacare. He can hear a code blue for the Democratic Party. Aside from the grief Democratic Senators seeking reelection in 2016 will get for voting to repeal or not to repeal Obamacare consider the needle Hillary must thread to placate the Sandinista wing of her party which is adamant in its defense of Obamacare in the primaries then attract swing voters in the general election with videos of Jonathan Gruber reminding them that Obamacare is good enough for stupid people.
No Republican will win his party's nomination with anything less than the promise of unconditional repeal of Obamacare. A promise to keep the parts that work ( whatever they may be ) and fixing the remainder will not sell. This puts Hillary in the losing position of running on Obamacare to please the party base and alienating moderate voters. Schumer can see some real advantages to repealing Obamacare and the sooner the better.

Obamacare provides employers a $3,000 incentive to hire illegals rather than Americans

Illegal immigrants covered under Obama's proposed amnesty will benefit from a $3,000 annual incentive to hire them rather than native born Americans. This is because employers with more than 50 employees must soon provide health insurance for their employees or pay a $3,000 per employee fine. Under the terms of the amnesty illegals will not be eligible for coverage under Obamacare hence no fine. American workers struggling to hang on in highly completive, labor intensive industries such poultry processing will see their jobs added to the list of "jobs that Americans refuse to do".
They have been sold out by the Democrat Party and the AFL-CIO, which rather than protect American workers has elected to become a willing vassal to the Democratic Party.
It's not that these hard working citizens have been treated any better by the Republican Party. This perverse, $3,000 incentive to hire non Americans would have also hit them had not House Republicans refused to pass the Senate' comprehensive immigration reform bill. When the bill was passed by the Senate, Senator John McCain, one of the bill’s GOP authors, acknowledged the problem and vowed to change it before it became law. Yeah, sure he would have. Were Senators Lamar Alexander, Kelly Ayotte, Jeff Chiesa, Susan Collins, Bob Corker, Jeff Flake, Lindsey Graham, Orrin Hatch, Dean Heller, John Hoeven, Mark Kirk, Lisa Murkowski and Marco Rubio just as devious as Obama or merely just as stupid as McCain?

Obama: "I just took an action to change the law."

Every damn time Obama goes off script he makes a fool of himself and sometimes he inadvertently speaks the truth. The White House position had been that he had not attempted to change immigration law but merely set deportation priorities through a tortured interpretation of prosecutorial discretion. While being heckled in Chicago the Great Communicator let the cat out of the bag with, "But what you are not paying attention to is the fact that I just took an action to change the law."
If you prefer to skip the presidential stuttering and stammering that admission comes at about 2:30 into the clip.

Michael Brown: 45 nanograms of THC in his system

Michael Brown had so much THC in his system, he would have been arrested in Colorado which allows 5 nanograms.
According to the evidence presented to the grand jury , Frank Beckmann who has read the documents, reported today that Michael Brown's THC level was 45 nanograms.
The marijuana spin machine is hard at work trying to prove being that high made no difference (activist Rev. Charles Williams said, "If he was that high, how could he have harmed anyone" on WJR this morning).
But to have smoked that much marijuana may have had more to do with Brown's death than his defenders admit.
And how interesting that people are burning buildings, screaming and throwing rocks at cops complaining about "police violence."
"We want police violence to stop," the protesters scream, in between burning buildings, cars and looting businesses.

Black activist: 300 lb man is "boy"

Lotta stupid, irresponsible stuff being said in the light of the Ferguson nightmare, especially on MSNBC, where the commentators are openly deriding the rule of law, criticizing the decision and echoing Obama claiming our system of judicial and legal checks and balances are structurally unsound and needsrepair.
One meme the Left has drilled their automatons to say is that there is a "war on Black boys."
So I guess if you weigh 300 and are 6 feet 5 inches tall and 18 years old you are a "boy." A 300 pound giant who attacks a
I feel equally disgusted when the right refers to soldiers and "kids" and "boys and girls."
  Frankly, it infuriates me.
Presumably because we are living longer, we can now comfortably refer to large, accountable human beings as "kids" because at 18 they are further away from 90 than most of us.
Never mind that in other countries and in our past, those "kids" were married and had babies by that age. Now they just have babies but are themselves called "kids," like Michael Brown's mother who is only 15 or 16 years older than her son.
This is all part of the infantilization of the culture and the encouragement of dependence on the smart people who know a lot more than we, the idiots, know.
This infantilization and contempt of the common man is no better exemplified than in Bill Maher's latest most outrageous statement that he agrees with the contemptible Jonathan Gruber that Americans are stupid.
  Newsbusters:
MAHER: I'm bringing this up because this guy, Jonathan Gruber, he's an M.I.T. professor who worked on the Obama health care plan. Big controversy because they found a tape of him basically saying that the American people are stupid because he -- a lot of tapes -- because what he was saying to get the bill passed we had to do a lot of sleight of hand or else they would not have voted for it. If we called it a "tax" -- even though it was a tax -- you have to basically slip a pill in the dog's food in a piece of ham to get the dog to eat the pill. I agree, and I've heard nobody else in America say that. Everybody on the left and the right: "Oh, how could he call American's stupid?
Jonathan Gruber, you have met your soulmate. How is this even controversial, I have no idea.
Several things are going on here.
First, Maher and Gruber are actually calling Democrats--their own constituency--stupid because conservatives knew EXACTLY what tricks were being played to get the thing passed.
Second, just because you are uninformed you are not stupid.
Third, that's really nice. You get people where you want them--uninformed, dependent--and then you make fun of them for being stupid.
Let's not forget that Barack Obama met with the protesters and is alleged to have said: "Stay the course" to the activists.

Obama does little to quell unrest after Ferguson decision

Now that we've heard the grand jury's verdict on Ferguson, we are treated to an Obama lecture on "progress." How bizarre to watch a split screen of the Lecturer in Chief on the right and hoodied anarchists in Ferguson blowing a car up and the streets filled with smoke and destruction.
Though Obama couches his language as a need for "peace," his message is hardly veiled.
that 1) people are right to be angry  2)  they have a right to protest   3) "communities of color aren't just making these problems up"  4)  America has a problem with the "law applied in discriminatory fashion"  5) this is an "opportunity to seize the moment."  6) there is deep distrust of the police by the Black community.
Now what do all these comments mean?
Though he limply decries violence, Obama is again using this situation as a wedge issue to take advantage of racial unrest.
What a shame this man has been.
He could have brought so much in the way of healing, health and good will to this nation and yet he continues to grind the racial unrest issue.
Meanwhile Sharpton's goons will be on the streets.
Holder will be lurking waiting to either slink away because of the lack of evidence or challenge Wilson on a federal basis.
MSNBC will be shilling for the grievance industry, regardless the evidence.
And race relations will get worse.

George H.W. Bush's amnesty and the four Pinocchio lie

The Washington Post asked " Did Did George H.W. Bush really shield 1.5 million illegal immigrants?"
The answer is a resounding no, earning the White House and all of its sycophants in the media four Pinocchios.
To put Bush's amnesty in context it made the third page in the New York Times. The Post fact checker concludes;
Indeed, the 100,000 estimate that the INS gave on the day of the announcement might have been optimistic. Fewer than 50,000 applications had been received before the policy was superseded by a new law. The numbers generated by that law — a little more than 140,000 — further indicate that the universe of potential applicants was much smaller than 1.5 million, especially given that the law eased restrictions even more.
In the end, 200,000 amounts to about 6 percent of the illegal immigrant population at the time, not 40 percent. Small wonder the White House prefers the larger number.
To recap, the White House seized on a single news report, which cited an estimate much higher than any other news organization. Meanwhile, officials ignored other contemporaneous reporting using much lower figures — as well as the actual outcome of the policy. That’s worthy of Four Pinocchios.

Obama: Absolutely not legitimate for future presidents to follow my lead on executive action.

This interview says as much about George Stephanopoulos as it does Barack Obama. To let stand in effect, Obama's position that only he has this power; not future presidents is journalistic malpractice.
“How do you respond to the argument, a future president comes in, wants lower taxes. Doesn't’t happen. Congress won’t do it — he says I’m not going to prosecute those who don’t pay capital gains tax.”
Obama seems to think that since most people comply with the tax code the prosecutorial discretion argument does not apply so no executive action would be justified. Following this logic if most Americans would quit paying taxes then a president would have the executive authority to nullify the capital gains tax under the aegis of prosecutorial discretion.
Saturday Night Live did not share Stephanopoulos' trepidation. The video below is remarkable in that there no partisan counter balance. It flatly asserts in a satirical tone that Obama has usurped congressional power.

Emails confirm White House attack on Sharyl Attkisson

How sweet it is! Emails obtained by Judicial Watch confirm exactly what CBS reporter Sharyl Attkisson told Laura Ingraham in the video below. That video was posted on this blog on October 4, 2011. Listen as Attkisson tells Ingraham that a woman ( Tracy Schmaler ) at DOJ screamed at her as did a man at the White House ( Eric Schultz ).

The email obtained by Judicial Watch reads;
  • On October 4, 2011, Holder’s top press aide Tracy Schmaler tells White House Deputy Press Sectary Eric Schultz, “I’m also calling Sharryl’s [sic] editor and reaching out to Scheiffer. She’s out of control” Schultz responded, “Good.  Her piece was really bad for the AG.”
Schultz also detailed to Schmaler that he was working with a journalist (Susan Davis, formerly of the National Journal) to target Rep. Darryl Issa (R-CA), the House Republican leading the charge on Fast and Furious:
“And I sent NJ’s Susan Davis your way. She’s writing on Issa/FandF and I said you could load her up on the leaks, etc.”
(Davis authored a critical profile of Issa a few weeks later.)
Susan Davis has moved on to USA Today and the National Journal has very recently removed her post. Aside from the outrage that should follow from the revelation that DOJ conspired with the White House to deep six an objective reporter this email doesn't make Bob Schieffer look good either.
